Savory while on a boat to his new job in Africa. U.N. Savory according to Roald Dahl can be best described as odd. The text states, “U.N. Savory suddenly began brushing the salts off one of his shoulders.” (The Voyage Out, Paragraph 93). This statement made Savory odd because he used salts as Dandruff. A second character trait of U.N is that he can also be described as Dishonest. According to the text, “Even for the fact, he is bald”, (The Voyage Out, paragraph 93).
