Women have become more and more important in the global businesses nowadays, acting as managers and leaders in organizations, including some large-scale transnational corporations, while there is still significant unbalance between male and female leaders in the world nowadays. This essay focuses on women in leadership, as a social issue facing organizations all over the world, by examining the role of ethical SW in responding to the issue under the broader global context.
