In the debate over fast food chains being unhealthy enough that they should be banned I think that they should ban fast food restaurants therefore I am against fast food chains because this way of eating results into bad dieting can lead to health problems like obesity,stress,tiredness, and overtime it can contribute to risk of developing some illness or health problems such as High blood pressure,Heart disease, and diabetes.This shows us how much bad dieting affects the human body and the damages it can cause along the way and one source of bad eating habit these days and the most common is the Mcdonald's restaurant or other unhealthy restaurants that may be in your city.Mcdonalds is not the healthiest choice therefore it would be better eating at home or in some place where they don't fry their foods as much or used so many processed foods.Many of these health problems can be evaded if you think it is possible to go without fast food and make healthier food choices and look at what you consume or how you prepare the food that you are going to be eating because it affects how healthy it is going to be. …show more content…

Fast food has more calories and unhealthy fats because of how poorly it is made. Eating unhealthy fast food increases the chance of stroke,and heart attack because of the saturated fats.Fast food is also high in sodium. Sodium in fast food especially the amount it has can cause High blood pressure,Obesity,osteoporosis if consumed in large amounts.These unhealthy foods have many calories but lack it's nutritional value and you will not benefit from eating fast food at all.As a final result you will be unhealthy because of the unhealthy fast food that you
