Background The author, Stephen Chapman, wrote the article “The Prisoner’s Dilemma” in 1980. With this article being wrote in 1980 I am interested to know if the prison system has made an improvement since he has last wrote this? Chapman graduated from Harvard University, since then he has become an acclaimed writer and editor. He writes a lot about national and international affairs, dealing with this he could easily have written about the prison system.
Summary
