The middle Class The middle class occupies a position between the upper class and lower class; especially: the socio-economic group, composed mainly of business and professionals, bureaucrats and some skilled workers who share the same social interests and values. It is composed of people who have similar incomes, education and similar tastes. The middle class is currently constituted by professionals who have achieved more than a high School diploma or a technician. Since today there is a greater demand for jobs that require persons having a study level higher. Fast-food companies have made a great effort to offer a healthier menu variety so that the final consumer has a better diet; but you 've been a bit difficult to change the preference of the customer because they have extensive experience eating this type of food.
