In this modern world, which stresses increase rapidly, sleep plays an important part in your life. It helps us maintain our mental & physical health, production and safety. Each of us spends about one-third of the life time as sleep, which means if you live to 75 years old, you spend 25 years for sleeping. However, many people said that it was wasting time just to sleep while there many things in their “to do” list had to finish.
