I. Introduction The movie, 12 Angry Men is about twelve white men deciding the jail sentence of an 18-year old boy who has allegedly committed murder by stabbing his father. The men decide if a boy is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt awaiting a death sentence by electric chair. In the first few scenes of the movie the jurors are summoned into one room and Juror number 1(foreman) is the leader of the deliberation. He gathers the jurors around a table and explains that the goal of the day’s deliberation; to vote on the sentence of the boy’s guiltiness and innocence. After no deliberation at first, everyone quickly unanimously votes guilty. Everyone except one juror; who explains the reason why he couldn’t cast his vote guilty was because he couldn’t decide such a crucial decision so quickly. Job satisfaction has increasingly become important in the workplace and employers now are started recognizing it too. The "happier" the employees, the better their attitudes towards work gets; the higher their motivation, the better performance. A prime of example of someone that expressed job satisfaction is juror 8; who voted not guilty simply because he was not satisfied with the quick decision of the other jurors. Just because the other jurors voted quickly and possibly not correct doesn’t mean juror 8 was going to do the same. Job satisfaction has many factors to consider; such as personality, age and gender. Specifically, personality can be a link to negative affectivity and locus of control. This probably explains why how negative juror 3 and juror 10 became after the others began to change their votes. They started to convince themselves and other jurors to look without the possibility of a reasonable doubt.
