Group cohesiveness is a dynamic process reflected in the tendency for a group to stick together. Group members are willing to work together and communicate with another one if there is group cohesiveness (Huang, 2009). I agree that it is vital to play off of the skills and strengths of each member for this will strengthen the overall experience.

I have experienced issues with a lack of group cohesiveness that has left me with a negative viewpoint towards groups. I was working on a project that consisted of six members in which we all had different skills. These individuals were older, nonetheless I had additional experience on the issue. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer”. In my opinion, this means that whenever you are feeling sluggish and want to give up, this is when you need to maintain patience and pray for God, for he will help you through these times of low motivation.
