Gay Marriage should be legal nationwide because no matter who you are, you deserve to be happy. In the bible, marrying the same gender is a sin, but whether you shoot up a school or you marry the same sex, a sin is a sin and God forgives all sins. People should not be looked down upon for being gay or wanting to be gay. Straight people treat gay people as if they are lesser, all people are equal. Not a single person is better than another. Gay people have a right to be happy and marry the one they love, same as straight people. Everyone deserves to find their special one, even if that means they are the same gender. Within America’s society today, 3.8 percent of the population is gay, lesbian, or bisexual. With only 17 of the 50 states legalizing and recognizing this type of relationship (“History…”), it puts a stronghold on same-sex couples to publicly declare their love with the promise of marriage. Same-sex marriages should be legalized because everyone has equal rights of freedom and liberty.
Legalizing gay marriage has been a controversial topic in the past few years. In my opinion, gay people should be allowed to get married because it is a civil right. It shouldn 't matter what gender they prefer because they 're still regular people. Making gay marriage illegal, is the same as taking away someone 's freedom and civil rights. That is unethical and completely awful. There 's no harm being done by letting two people who are in love with each other get married. However, many religious fundamentalists are against this and believe gay marriage is wrong and needs to be stopped. Homosexual couples should have the right to get married because it 's a civil right and their sexual preference doesn 't make them any less human.

Gay marriage should be legal in all 50 states, because the idea behind America is to guarantee each individual’s freedom of choice and opinion, and expression thereof. Not only is it in many ways vaguely guaranteed in the US constitution, but laws against it also violate people's personal rights to religious freedom. The idea behind the establishment of this nation is equality for all and the protection of rights to individual beliefs. US laws are supposed to protect the rights of everybody as a whole, so that everyone has freedom to their own expression, whatever that may be.
The issue of gay marriage needs little introduction as it is one of the most widely contended and discussed topics in the United States of America. Gay marriage causes no political or communal grief, except for those who strongly oppose it now. Even for those people gay people exist either way. Whether they are married or not will not change that and their lives will not be dramatically changed from it. Gay marriage has no valid reason to be outlawed and there are plenty of reasons to allow it.
Gay Marriage has been debated in many countries for a long time. It interferes with citizens civil rights so is therefore a major issue. Many gay couples today have come out and expressed their sexuality. Although many people are against legalization of gay marriage, I believe it should be legalized for the reason that it encourages strong family values, leads to the increasing number of child adoption, and is a citizen civil rights.
There are so many things that are good about gay marriage. When gay marriage is allowed it is giving everyone their right to be married. This is important because we should all be able to get married when we see fit in our lives, no matter who we want our spouse to be. I think that everyone deserves the right to be married, and I do not think that the government should be able to dictate who we marry. You also have to think about the fact that being gay is not always a choice. There have been several studies that have shown that someone being gay is the way that they are born, not what they choose. This being said, a great example of this would be a person that has mental retardation, they are still allowed to get married when they want to in their lives, so why not gay people. It is all the same, they are born this way; it is not a choice that they are able to make. I think that is a great way to show that our country really is diverse, that we see all people for people and not what their religion is, or who they love.

Gay marriage should be legal worldwide. Gay marriage or same-sex marriage is when a man and man or women and a woman get married. Same-sex marriage impacts society in different types of ways, some people are affected by it because they think it is against the bible, others seem to have no impact or problem with same-sex marriage. However for the gay community it affects them, because in some states they are not allowed to marry the one they are in love with it. Also it impacts them because there are groups of people against same-sex marriage and the gay community is constantly being judged by people opposed to same-sex marriage. Seventeen states have legalized same-sex marriage; Thirty-three states banned same-sex marriage. Same-sex marriage provides a more stable environment for children of gay couples. Legalizing same-sex marriage does not affect or harm heterosexual marriages. Marriage is a union of love, not a union of genders.

Throughout the gay community, us, gays don’t really understand why we can’t get equal marriage rights nationwide. If the government and society would take religion out of the equation, what could be said? Homosexuals’ that wants to get married doesn’t affect anyone, its an more acceptable lifestyle nowadays, it can also increase the adoption rates, and also the only the that should matter is the love humans have for there significant others. Yes, I am Pro-Gay Rights, every homosexual couple should be treated equally and granted every right and privilege that a heterosexual couple has.
