One day, a few people named Lei, Logan, Bob, Billy, Gary, and Brogan went on a big hunting trip for three days. They grabbed their guns and went out the door. They got on their side-by-sides and Bob said, “Wait! We forgot the tent and the gas!” Logan said, “Oh, yeah, we did forget the tent and the gas.” So they went and got the tent and gas and got in their side-by-sides again and went off. When they got in the bush, they got out and they saw a huge grizzly track and two cub tracks. Billy got the shivers. They got back in the side-by-sides and headed down the trail. They went down the trail for about two hours, and then they saw a bunch of huge wolf tracks and a large moose track. The wolf tracks were following the moose track. They just kept going down the trail until they got to a giant swamp. They could see the moose and the pack of wolves that they were following. …show more content…
The guys went further towards the swamp and saw a huge bull moose with ten points on each side. It went running through the bush. Logan got out with his hunting rifle and he had his chance, but he hit a tree half a foot beside the moose. The moose just kept running. It stopped about a kilometre up the bush. The men raced across the valley, over the hills, and through the mud and. . . . Snap! One of the side-by-sides broke an axle. After the guys got out of the side-by-sides, they phoned one of their buddies and told him they needed him to bring his Ford F-150. He brought it and they loaded the side-by-side in the box of the truck; their buddy then took it to a shop in town so they could fix it! The other guys had to sit on the roof and sit in the box of the side-by-side for the rest of the trip unless they wanted to walk, but they didn’t want to walk. After that, they saw that same moose. According to the people the elk and deer were plentiful in the Black Hills, it was late and the hunters decided to make camp in a secluded narrow path, before they went to sleep they prepared their weapons. While they were all sleeping a giant snake encircled the camp, one of the hunter woke up at first he thought he was dreaming; so he closed his eye and opened them again realizing it was real he woke the other hunters. Neither of the hunters has ever seen such a huge snake. It all seemed like a bad dream to them; they were huddled together in confusion deciding on what they were going to do next. They finally came to a decision that they would jump over it. They gathered their stuff and threw it over first, then youngest to oldest they jumped next. Except the youngest one was afraid to jump first so he let the others go before him. At last the youngest hunter jumped he got halfway over when the snake lifted its head. The hunter landed on the ground, he was unconscious and the snake just looked at him. When the young hunter, woke the snake left, the young hunter had told them what the snake said; some hunters thought he was just messing around but others believe him. The Hunting Ground is a documentary written and directed by Kirby Dick. The film follows the journey of two sexual assault survivors, Andrea Pino and Annie Clark, as they file a Title IX lawsuit against University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for not properly supporting them. Although released in March of 2015, the documentary features cases and personal narratives from survivors dating back to 2011. Pino and Clark also provide testimonials from other real survivors, both college-aged men and women, in order to depict the prevalence of sexual assault on college campuses. Billy is coming home from work one day when suddenly he hears some dogs up the street fighting. He goes to check it out and finds them picking on a redbone hound. He saves the dog and cares for it through the night. It reminds him of his childhood. When Billy was ten years old he lived on a farm in the Ozark Mountains of northeastern Oklahoma. He wanted two good coonhounds very badly, he called it “puppy love”, but his papa could not afford to buy him the dogs. For many months, Billy tries to content himself with some rodent traps his papa gives him, but he still wants a dog. Then one day he finds a sportsman’s catalog in an abandoned campsite. In it he sees an ad for good hounds, at $25 each. He decides he wants to save $50 and order himself two hounds. Billy works hard, selling fruit and bait to fishermen, and gathering fruit that he sells to his grandfather at his store. Finally, he saves enough money and gives it to his grandfather to order the dogs for him and asks him to keep it s secret. When a notice comes that they have arrived at the mail depot in the nearby town of Tahlequah, they decide to go into town the next week. That night Billy decides he can not wait any longer. He packs himself a little food, and heads of for town following the river through the woods. He walks all night, and finally reaches town in the morning. The people in town laugh and stare at the young hillbilly, but it does not bother Billy he is there on a mission to get his dogs. He finally collects his dogs and walks back out of town with their small heads sticking out of his bag. Some schoolchildren mob around him and knock him down, but the town sheriff rescues him. The sheriff is impressed with Billy’s determination, and says he has grit. That, night Billy camped in a cave with his two puppies. They wake up in the middle of the night to hear the call of a mountain lion. Billy builds a fire to keep them safe, while the bigger of the two dogs, the male, barks into the night air.
While in a park, Bob and his Soc friends drive by, and begin to harass Ponyboy and Johnny. The Socs proceed to chase after the two boys and attempt to drown Ponyboy in a nearby fountain. Johnny takes out his switchblade and stabs Bob, killing him. Randy and the other socs run away in fright. The two boys seek help from Dallas "Dally" Winston, who gives them a loaded gun, money, and directions to an abandoned church in Windrixville to hide out in. Also, Dally tells them that he'll be down there when he thinks its safe. They take the 3:15 goods.
Do people look back at the past to hurt themselves or to become a better person? With my very first relationship, we both had a rocky start and bad things happened that we both regret. As time passed by, my significant other chose to learn from the past and wanted to have a better relationship, but I sometimes faltered and looked back at the past that had us going in reverse rather than forward in the relationship. As I learned to accept the past and learn from it, I eventually used the past as a lesson, and I chose to have a stronger and better relationship that is still going on. My brother and I push the rusty metal of the way and we climb through the hole and finally we start running. The guy starts chasing us then my brother and I climb over a fence and run into the forest. When me and my brother go into the forest we find this dog. My brother say’s it’s so cute then I say do you want to keep him and my brother say’s yes. So we start walking with the dog then we see the dust and we try to find a place to hide. Then the dog runs away and my brother and “I say comeback.”

Immediately, as my dad and I was walking to the deer stand, my thoughts were that this hunt already felt like any other night hunt I had ever been on. My dad and I together chose which stand we would hunt from the choices on the board. We arrived at the box stand, which was fifteen feet tall, then we climbed in and got comfortable. In the meantime, we were looking around to find any sign of a deer. Meanwhile, as we were sitting quietly in the stand, we suddenly heard something.
