The United States is been one of the most powerful countries ever exists. The history about Israel goes from the time of Christ up to today’s relationship with other countries in a peaceful manner. Israel have a lot of conflict with their suppose brothers that surround them. Still, they have the time to negotiate and be a better country for the new generation. That why today they can be thankful to be part of allied forces with the United States. Israel, slightly larger than Massachusetts, lies at the eastern end of the Mediterranean Sea. Israel is surrounding by Egypt on the west, Syria and Jordan on the east, and Lebanon on the north. Its maritime plain is extremely fertile. The southern Negev region, which comprises almost half the total area, is largely a desert. The Jordan, the only important river, flows from the north through Lake Hule (Waters of Merom) and Lake Kinneret (also called Sea of Galilee or Sea of Tiberias), finally entering the Dead Sea 1,349 ft (411 m) below sea level—the world's lowest land elevation (Berman).
HISTORY
The history of Israel is unique, commence years ago with the bible. Is mention that the book of Genesis through Acts are the pillars of this country creation. Israel have a unique background when it comes to Christian. But at the same time we see how the progress for this country growth since they came part of the United Nation, and be allied with the United States. We can said that Israel is the nations that is known as the scriptural history (Thomas S. McCall). For U.S., Israel is a important asset, no because their contribution, but the heritage that we share.
