Psychology: Psychopath Bundy’s mask of sanity let him deflect others from discovering his secrets and carry on seeking new victims. Some people say that it’s almost impossible to have both good and evil within the same mind. That’s why Bundy had to find a way to minimize the polarity between these two parts. What was wrong for Bundy as a child became acceptable as an early teen and then desirable when he was in his late teens. A true psychopath, without any empathy at all, he killed and raped at least 36 people. Ted Bundy was born into poverty, never knew his father, had good grades at school, but had an unimaginable temper. At the age of 16, he became a peeking tom who was obsessed with masturbating. Diagnosed as a sexual psychopath, he engaged in sexually sadistic behavior. A sexually perverse serial killer’s main objective is rape. Someone who engages in necrophilia, may not witness any prolonged degree of suffering on the part of the victim. However, he is likely to call upon his imagination and fantasy to supply him with the necessary engrams to satisfy his craving for his depravity. Bundy was a sexual deviant who eventually submitted to his perverse desires that stemmed from his delinquent obsession with porn, leading him to kidnap and kill a string of women and girls. He was an attractive, charismatic individual who presented himself with a cast or crutches to lure women to his aid and killed them with blows to the head, and admitted to revisiting the corpses at later dates, where he performed perverted sex acts with the bodies despite their decomposing conditions. He aroused suspicion from the authorities when he tried to get away by turning his car lights off and speeding through the stop signs. Bundy was later pulled over by cops and after a search of his car they found a supply of burglary tools (crowbar, face mask, rope, and handcuffs) and also saw that the front seat was suspiciously removed. He was taken in and arrested for possession of these tools in suspicion of burglary and this is the monumental point where police began to link him to much more sinister
