Technology has become a part of our daily lives – providing us with entertainment, ways to communicate, and an abundance of information. The use of technology has greatly affected our lives by making the things we do somewhat easier. Schools have surely begun to acknowledge the pros of electronic materials in the classroom, but before incorporating the use of technology in classrooms, schools should assess the cost of learning materials and positive impacts on student performance and classroom interaction.
There are many important factors schools should consider before using information technologies in curriculum and instruction, and the cost of learning resources should be one of them. The use of technology in classrooms allows students to gain more information that lets them respond to questions easily while being able to post assignments and have discussions with each other online (Source B). In the classroom, the teacher and their students are able to interact with each other more through the use of information devices. The teacher presents and demonstrates these gadgets, which the students use as supplements in scientific experiments or other class assignments. Even when they are not in the classroom, the class is able to communicate through online websites, blogs, and forums that the teacher creates (or not) and shows to them, teaching them how they can communicate with each other on certain assignments when they are not in school. Being able to see what your classmates submit online (such as Edmodo) can help you and your peers complete or improve on the work assigned, and having discussions online and in class can aid in keeping yourself and your class
