Sustainable Management are referred to the protection of the environment under the conditions of both meet the needs of modern people, but also without the prejudice to the needs of future generations for the forward-looking development model. Sustainable Management has three different areas: the needs of the modern and future generations, the environment, and the economy. By using these areas, limiting the resource depletion to reinforce the needs of present and future generation to create the ability of a systems of vigorous development. Based on these seven main principles of sustainable development, most of the hoteliers are practicing in hospitality and tourism industries, such as futurity, inter-generational equity, participation, balancing of economic and environmental factors, environmental capacities, emphasis on quality and compatibility with local ecosystems. It can be consults before making any decisions. First principles are futurity. Futurity is considered against a long term around 3 or 5 years. Mainly is consider for the future generation. Second principle are inter-generational equity. Based on our human behavior/desire/lust/nature, causes the resources been abused will conduct not enough resources for future generations if this continue happens. Genting Highlands Resort are located at hill Bentong, Pahang. In 2013, Genting announced a new 1,300 room hotel expansion, a new 10,000 seat arena and reconverting the theme park. Due it located at hills, required to cut more trees for the expansion and renovation. The trees are getting lesser and Genting Resorts is the world most hotel rooms in the world, total of 7351 rooms from 2015 onwards, which are not require to room hotel expansion more.
