INTRODUCTION
Today Great Electronics is a fast emerging as a global company. Somehow our company failed to perform on productivity and sales last month. The sale of our company dropped as low as it could and it was the first time in our firms history. This proposal is written in order to help the company create well planned strategies to boost up the sales and secure the top position.
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSES

Before we boost our productivity we have to boost our employees morale so that they feel encouraged and get the job done more than perfection . This issue was encountered by a internal survey among staffs. As the capacity of sales team and support team erodes in the face of increasing demand, service capabilities
begins to suffer to the point where prospects and clients can become disillusioned and stop ordering. Factors that lead this will be an inability to schedule and keep appointments with new prospects due to time constraints. An erosion of lead generation and follow up with new leads that shrinks the lead pipeline and long term sales prospects.
These are the main problems affected externally and internally. As mentioned customers satisfactory level and internal environment were the main factors that cause the sales fluctuate last month. So we decided to take an immediate action in …show more content…

We are planning to collaborate with celebrities or sponsor them so they could endorse our products and make it famous as well .

• Advertising and survey campaign will start on 23 February 2016
STAFFING
The survey program will be handled by Mr. Ronaldo, our sales and marketing head. He has been in this field for past 17 years and he is specialised in this field. He has won several prestigious corporate award and a lot of appreciation by well known entrepreneurs. He knows how to get the job done perfectly. The incentive as known as the reward program will be handled by Ms.Katrina k, Human resource head . She has been in finance department more than 5 years later on she was promoted . She has handled more programs and intensive task smoothly. She was our employee of the year for past 3 years. The advertising program will be handled by Ms.Taylor Rough , our marketing executive. She is well experienced and got a prestigious award from university of milan for advertising
