Sometime stress is good thing to finish work as soon as possible, but when we consider burnout it’s not. When you encounter in stress condition, your entire sensory system responds and particular hormones such as-adrenaline and cortisol are discharged into your circulation system. These hormones help to increase the heart rate, breathing rate and digestion system. This can be something to be thankful for - anxiety can help you get past intense circumstances. After long period of stress, these extra pressures start to put negative impact on physical emotional health. This long term stress finally turns into physical, mental and emotional exhaustion is called as Burnout. The strategies fallowed by the administrator during the management of the director period of burnout are, forced employed to take sick leave or vacation, restricted travel, provoked to attend the stress management seminars, advised to take stress reduction activities and arranging the stress management workshops for the employees. 4. The preventive strategies used to minimize the long term stress and eventual burnout would be experienced by the employee are- usage of vocation time and increasing the fun activities in the working environment. Such as- arranging friendly staff meetings in different restaurant each time, specific day celebrated as dress down day, reducing reassigning and rescheduling the challenging works, providing temporary help when necessary, reducing the over time, and providing compensatory time off are beneficial strategies along with promoting staff to attend stress management workshops. 5. During the director burnout period, the administrator addressed some strategies to solve the problems are- encourage the director to take sick leave 8 to 18days and at least vacation for the 2 to 7days. Advised to avoid 6 month travelling and told to attend stress management seminar some time. The administrator would take responsibility of out of state travelling during this 6 month period and instruct the director would not be out on the road more than 2 days. In this problem they made 6 month plan and agreed to reevaluate and determine after 6
