Leading by example, coming to terms with who you are in Christ, the initial step in becoming not only spiritual, leader, but also a follower of Christ. When the calling arises could it be recipients so overwhelmed by life that the calling is missed, or is the His Will, so distinct one not only hears it, but feels it in their heart.
Divine Orchestration
McNeal wrote that when Chad received his calling from God, it was an unmistakable moment that terrified him; nonetheless, Chad answered the call. Then McNeal goes on to write that, God shapes the heart of the spiritual leader through the call, it is so profound the recipients hear, respond, and searches out the source (McNeal, 2011)

According to McNeal, it is a distinct different message that one receives, he wrote that one would know when they called to spiritual leadership. What He placed on my heart was for obedience and servant hood. Unfortunately, the lure of this world took me down the wide road, which distorted my worldview, creating confusion that took me further from God’s calling on life.
Worldview. Jesus proclaimed Himself “the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6) the word of God is our worldview, (The Word of the Cross, n.d.) a view in which Christian’s should abide by while on this earth. The bible teaches how to handle money, morality from politics to love. Many who claim Christianity have never opened the Bible to see that it has more than ideas, or scripture taught at church, but a worldview for Christian to live by. Identity. Energy, invested in the Word, steals away from the time to spend with inner self. Lives are so fast pace, electronics’ are always somewhere in the background filling in the void, if we are not silent, then how can we hear God speaking to
