Their list the major problem caused this disaster: The O-ring. The O-ring that use to fixation on the right side roll booster are lost efficacy, the O-ring have a temperature scope limit, and the ambient temperature was too cold that already out of range that O-ring can be sustain, and the duty of O-ring is seal ring for seal the fuel tank, but freezing temperature make the O-ring distorted, therefor, it didn’t reach to the place it should be, lead to the fuel leak. As soon the shuttle took off, there’s black smoke comes out from the roll booster, means the thermal insulation material, the O-ring, and the lubrication oil are all ablation by the fuel gas, after 15 seconds the smoke turn to licking flame because the thruster are increase the thrust, few seconds later the exhaust flame are showing up, meanwhile the data showing on the screen in the control center can tell the two roll booster are having different pressure, means the reveal at right side roll booster are increasing because it have lower pressure than left
