Milestone 1 The first milestone we want to complete is hold an event to bring awareness to our store. Along with the even we want to hire a key sponsor, preferably an athlete, to endorse our company and attend our event. The appearance of a celebrity at our event it will draw more attention to our store. We would like to complete this milestone at the end of the first quarter. Milestone 2 By the end of the second quarter we would like to give our customers the option of same day delivery. We believe that this will give us a competitive advantage over our competition. Milestone 3- Along with the same day delivery, we would like to have our customer recognition data base up and running at the end of the second quarter. This data base will allow us to better serve our customers. Milestone 4 The most challenging milestone will be opening our second store in the United Kingdom. We would like to have the store operational by the end of the third quarter. Milestone 5 Because we are on a one-year contract with our shoe companies by the start of the fourth quarter we would like to start discussing contract extensions with our suppliers.
