There is an extensive literature available concerned with social sciences and religion or be more specific Economics and Religion. With the given context, we will try to analyze the relationship between them whether in terms of correlation, causality and dependency or independency. Moreover, we will discover theoretical and mathematical ground as well along with the philosophical foundations. In this literature review, starting with the meta existence of Economics and Religion proceeding literature provides chronological and holistic framework for the events. It is also noted that literature on religion and economics is divided into two section: qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.

His idea is education in one particular or specific line make the person ignorant of the other knowledge, drag the person similar to the position as an illiterate person. This specialization causes the person personality not to develop as a whole man. In community when these specialized people confront with the responsibilities they lack upon the scale of broadmindedness and intelligible citizenship and confuse in facing social responsibilities. He further said that whole focus of the sciences is upon the material physical world and causing materialism in an individual being. We are in the need of social and spiritual leader rather commerce or business leaders. William McDougall in his book "World Chaos" said: physical sciences has been the principle agent in bringing about the very rapid changes in our social, economic, and political conditions which are the source of our present troubles. When a man sees trouble and suffering of a fellow being he must get the way of Jesus and his religion because physical sciences could not help in this situation, and need to turn back to our religious traditions. But the traditions of Hindu do not support the above mentioned factors. He said there is a scientific spirit that leads to transition in West from Medievalism to Modernism, which is lacked in Hinduism traditions, a socio economic factor that made it possible for the West to be responsible for technological advancement.
