What comes to mind when one hears the word rehabilitation? Do we coorelate it to physical rehabilitation? What about the case of societal rehabilitation? Certainly one would think societal rehabilitation encourages a shared aspect to multiple people based on behaviours effecting society and not necessarly the one being rehabilitated alone. with physical rehabilitation a Doctor or Health physician can diagnose whether one is physicaly rehabilitated by the pure evidence of his physical capabilities being restored. The question I purpose is how does one truly diagnose a behaviour or social rehabilitation? It defines it as three parts. First is "to bring (someone or something) back to a normal, healthy condition after an illness, injury, drug problem, etc". Second is "to teach (a criminal in prison) to live a normal and productive life". Third is "to bring (someone or something) back to a good condition" Based on Mr Nobles crime, the murder of two females and the injury of one male, the majority of society would agree he was a criminal and not in good condition. In fact the essay makes an account of his disorderly conduct from the moment he entered into prison with an attempt to escape as well as many altercations with guards. Although Mr Nobles had the choice to continue that pattern of behaviour he eventually diverted to a more possitive and cooperative in his new and unevitable habitat. I believe this indicates the beginning of Mr Nobles road to rehabilitation. one could look at is as Websters dictionary 's definition and say he was starting to attempt to live a productive life, and being brought back to a good …show more content…

Yes, this man was a criminal and he did create a horrible crime, but I believe this is evidence that he had a good and pleasurable accountanance for individuals in a hostile enviroment to respect him in such a matter. In a sence he was taught to as an inmate to live a normal and productive life, even if it was behind the prison walls and not in common
