Sometimes the best way to approach and sway the actions of decision makers through an inspiring process is the use of intensive action. This intensive action is commonly known as the social action, and it comes with a range starting from a letter-writing campaign to the extent of convening tens of thousands, so for people living in the same state or a nation to protest against a certain issue (Panwar,2011). From the social perspective, social action is the act of taking action in the form of an organized group or a community with the aim of creating positive change. First, the government; since the government has the responsibility to look after the citizen's health for a productive economy, it would be prudent to include them. In addition, the program should align with the government policy regarding health and therefore involve them will ensure we adhere to the policies. I would also involve the world health organization (W.H.O). The organization is sophisticated with experts, finances, and specialist who can help in the curbing of the HIV spread among the affected group. In addition, the W.H.O has a mission and a vision of a healthy world; therefore, they will be willing to take part in planning, implementation, and intervention. Understanding a behavior and the context in which they occur is very crucial in the development of the possible and evidence-based behavior change interventions and policies. According to Marteau (2006), despite the relatively small investment in preventive health and behavioral science, there is a proof for the effectiveness of behavior change interventions, community and population levels. Action on social determinants involves the understanding of social determinants of health I addition to discovering the synergism and antagonisms and also making use of cost-effective strategies to attain sustainable and sufficient population's coverage. I will focus more attention on access, utilization, and utilization within the healthcare and its impact on the target population. Furthermore, I would do research which will highlight the importance of poverty and other factors such as residential segregation, discrimination, and stigma. I will also carry out educational entertainment on the health outcomes to get a deeper understanding of the complex social and structural factors that determine health.
