Soccer (Futbol) and Football pronounced the same but two completely different sports. Both sports are very popular around the world and both professional. The word Futbol originated from the Germans because it involves playing with your feet. In the United States, Americans call it soccer instead of futbol. Football is played with hands instead of feet. American Soccer and British Futbol are the same just spelled complete different. Soccer is played worldwide and football is only in the united states professionally. To begin with, the games have different objectives. In football players should wear an helmet, cleats, shoulder/chest pads, upper leg padding and mouthguards are required. Yes indeed thats a lot to put on to play where in soccer you just need cleats and shinguards. Secondly , soccer and football such as the concept of two goals on the opposite sides of the field where the players have to kick the ball and score. The main idea of the game is either to defend or offense the ball with the help of team. The number of players in the team on the field for both games is eleven. Both teams are also allowed to have up to twenty two players on their rosters. The difference between the games is due to the different rules that are applied.
