As a family my mother was able to stay home and take care of us while my father go to work, and my father was able to pay for our education, food, and able to take the family on vacations with no problem. Because of the shorter hour of workday we were able to see my father at a good time before bed time and also we had the priviledge to have dinner as a family all together at the table each and every day. As things changed the government become very coropted, My father had to move us to the UNITED STATE for a better life. We came straight to Boston from my homeland, as we started to settle down and get a feeling of the new move we realize things are very different here in the U.S people worked longer hour day there are barely anytime for family gathering etc. Now that my father had to work longer hours he was not able to support his family as he used to, to the point where we all the sibling and my mother had to find jobs to support my father with the bills and even to support ourself, buy paying to go to school, transportation etc where life become very stressful we had to learn a different way of living compare to how we used to live back
