Should Kids Have Competitive Sports

Recently parents have been debating over if kids should be able to play competitive sports or not.Some say that competitive sports can lead to injuries that can damage a child’s growth.While others say that kids that do sports are given gear to protect them so that they won’t have as many injuries and it keeps kids healthy and fit. Both sides are argued all the time, although it should be clearly seen that sports are well fitted for kids because it gives them a lot of advantages in their health,school and etc. .

In the article “Sports for youth?” it proves that “When a child wins a game with his team, he feels accomplished and recognized boosting their self esteem,”(Davis, Sarah.
