Did you know that there is about 11.3 million illegal immigrants living in the US? In the last 5 years illegal immigration has increased as much as decade before. Illegal immigrants do not pay taxes but yet they use more in tax paid services. Granting amnesty for illegal immigrants would give them legal status and can use government programs. Illegal immigrants should be deported and then apply for a citizenship because it's a crime and if they want to live in the US they should apply to become a citizen the legal way.
Although illegal immigrants have already made it into the country, they should not be allowed to stay. While they do not pay taxes, they use more tax paid public services than anyone else. According to Center for Immigration Studies,” immigrants will tend to pay less in taxes than natives and tend to use more in services”(Center of Immigration Studies). Since illegal immigrants cannot buy a car they rely on a cheap way to travel to and from places. Although they do not pay for public transportation, hospitals, and public schools, they still use them. Having illegal immigrants in the US not pay taxes is another crime they commit along with entering the US illegally. One important rule enforced in the US is to pay taxes. According to immigration.findlaw.com, “ United States tax residents must report their entire income to the IRS and pay taxes. It does not matter whether the money was earned within the country or internationally, all income must be reported to the IRS”(FindLaw). Since IRS is a big deal to all tax paying Americans why do the illegals get to ignore it? To stop this all illegal immigrants should have to go back to thier originate countries and then apply for
