Animals are innocent creatures that have been treated with cruelty by humans for many years. They have been researched and experimented on by scientists who don’t think twice about the consequences of these animals fate. Animal research should not be allowed because of the aftermath these animals fate. It is coherent as to why researchers want to continue their research on animals and it is their right to believe what they want to. Although, there is an extent to which even scientists should not cross which is when it comes to harming any living creature. Animals, like humans, deserve the right to be treated kindly. By doing so, they should diminish animal abuse most likely cause by animal experimentation. In order to come to a conclusion we must find a solution to the issue. Those who are against the ban on animal testing oppose with the belief that animals are treated kindly and that there are no mistreatments. Animals are highly regulated with laws to prevent their mistreatment. There are also many active groups that are trying to make sure that animals are given their respectful rights by being treated fairly with kindness. Researchers must provide animals with proper care such as, clean food and water. The “American Anti-Vivisection Society (AAVS) is a nonprofit animal advocacy and educational organization dedicated to ending experimentation on animals in research, testing, and education in the United States” (Animal Research Is Unethical and Scientifically Unnecessary, 2011).
