Relate an incident from the book to something you have experienced At one point in the book Mickey and his friends play a paintball game in school and every weekend I go with all my friends and play paintball. We all have a lot of fun and use different paint balls for our favorite colors so we know who shot each other. In the book Mickey says that “We then played some dumb paintball game where two people got hurt”. You must wear your gear at all times during a paintball game. Or else something like this might happen. Another type of game that I like to play is airsoft in this game you use guns that instead of shooting paint shoot BBs. I like airsoft more than paintball because the airsoft guns look really cool and real. As Well as in this game if you don't wear the right padding then being hit will really hurt. 3. The building had been created for life, for constant motion, for students rushing back and forth, some confident, most scared, all trying to figure out their place in the world. Take that away and you might as well have a body drained of all its blood.” I think this is the most significant line in the book because it shows how lifeless a school can get at night and really sets a tone for the rest of the book during this scene. It shows how empty some people feel when they leave school and must go back home when school is the only place they feel safe. School was made for everyone to happy inside of it, empty or not sometimes the people inside feel empty. Because in some schools many kids are being bullied. Everyday another kid just wanting to have a nice day of learning can not. All because of a group of people who think they are better than everyone else.
