I want to be a giver. I hope to help the program in any way I possibly can. To have the ability to represent this program would give me influence to be the best person I can be. Of course, as any human being does, I have weaknesses such as; my loss of influence, my occasional laziness, and my forgetfulness. A problem that I am in the process of fixing is my inability to stick with something for a long period of time. I like chasing for something but then after chasing so long I grow impatient and quit trying. This program, however, will not be like that, I will not let that happen and I doubt that will happen because it is so unlikely. I would be more than willing to do any task asked of me. My respectfulness would assist me in that because I respect everyone. I also said previously that I am very trustworthy and reliable. Any task asked of me is obviously going to mean something and I’ll gain something from it so of course I would be willing to do any task asked of me. I might ask questions but any human would. For the most part I think I would be more than glad to do a task given to me. When completing any task I will have a determined

Most people that are striving to enter into any part of the medical field do so for the love and compassion for others. Wanting to help others, especially in a time of need and also being able to work with others who share the same interests and goals. In general, being able to have a career in doing what they love and believe in, but for me there is so much more than that. At first glance I probably seem quite similar to any of the other applicants that are probably well deserving in their own rights; although I have a unique background all my own that tells a story of why I am here, seeking opportunity.
Ten years ago I was sitting in a classroom striving to understand the English language and how to read and write properly. I am a Mexican immigrant who came into the United States following the “American Dream” in search of a better life. I am a hard working individual with a passion for service and self-determination to make a difference in people’s lives. I come from a family that values unity and service to others. Caring for other people is what I love to do and it’s what makes me feel I have a real purpose in life. A career as a health care professional will fulfil both my personal and professional goals.
In conclusion, I believe that I can offer a wealth of expertise and experience in contributing towards the continued development of a cohesive, dynamic and collaborative school that focuses on offering outstanding world class learning opportunities for all. I consider myself to be a good role model to students and staff alike and I am committed to leading by example. This, combined with my drive, infectious optimism and commitment to playing a full role within the school beyond those duties set out, make me a strong candidate for the post.
Being nominated for National Junior Honor Society is a highly prestigious honor, and I am very grateful to be a candidate. To be a member of this prestigious organization means so much to me just to be invited to be one of its members. Leadership is a great skill to have. So, by being a member of this group I would be showing leadership. I am also a hard worker and a great role model who always helps others. I am confident in my leadership qualities and want to help the community. I plan to demonstrate leadership, create enthusiasm, and develop character for academic excellence while participating in NJHS. Whenever I set a goal, I am certain to achieve it. These experiences have contributed to my decision to pursue an advanced degree in the healthcare/biomedical field and helped to clarify the path towards accomplishing my goals. I have accomplished a lot in a short period; however, my journey is not complete until I continue my education. Essentially, this degree will help foster my growth and career success. My goals are definitely aligned with this program and I hope my next read is an acceptance letter from the admissions council.
Because of the difference in the way teachers taught student, I had difficulty in catching up with students but as the time passed, I was able to assimilate myself into this new culture and was able to get the highest in Chemistry and Physics Advanced Placement classes. Even in the college, I tried my best to become one of the top students and as a result, I was able to get All Florida Academic Team award.
