We are honorable warriors we serve and fight for our lords and we die honorable deaths! These warriors were very similar but in different time lines. These warriors fought for their lords and in exchange they either got land or food. Also whenever they were needed in battle they had to go to battle. These are the similarities between these two great warriors. In Document A the social structures pictures show that the samurai and the knights where in the same spot if you put the pyramids back to back. Also the positions on the pyramid above the samurai and the knight are the shogun and the lords they both have a similar role by controlling the knights and the samurais. Also the loyalty of the knights and samurais was very strong to the lords and the shoguns. They both had to go through physical and mental trainings and they both started at a young age. Both started training around the same age five. The knights had to serve as a page to his father’s over lord while the samurai started to study Kendo, the art of fencing with bamboo sticks. The armor of both of these noble soldiers was sturdy protective armor. The knight wore chainmail armor in the early development of the armor but as the armor advanced it became bulky heavy armor and if they where to get knocked off their horse they would have a lot of trouble getting up.
