• Employees, the employees are interested in the business; this is because Rolls Royce provides employment for them: they are getting paid for delivering their services to the company in order to manufacture and produce well for them. These stakeholders can influence this business as they have the power to go on strikes if they aren’t paid well, they can also influence the productivity of the business itself – changing the hours they work, the shifts and duties and task they are to conduct every day. As employee work the firm their interest is to obtain a stable work environment and receive good wages for their services that help them in their personal lives. In order to keep up with all their demands the must manufacture and produce the appropriate products with the appropriate materials. Thus through suppliers they order to the right amount of materials, and as their sales climb- the amount of raw material they buy are increased thus suppliers have a better chance of making profit from the amounts of good they may sell to Rolls Royce. The suppliers can influence the business- if they start marketing up their supplying prices, Rolls Royce will be paying more capital to them or they would have to look for other suppliers that provide them with the raw materials but at cheaper costs. Additionally if the suppliers start supplying the business with cheap quality materials, much of the businesses manufacturing will be questioned by their contractors if faults and break occur or are found thus giving the company a bad label and possibly jeopardizing their future/current …show more content…

An example of this can be when Rolls Royce was pressured into withdrawing all their conducted activities from Sudan by the humanitarian groups, thus the business has been pressured into ceasing their businesses activities in that country in additional they are required to withdraw their contracts. Pressure groups can influence business as they can stop them from expanding their business, the green pressure groups can influence the business to use and revert to more green ways of serving their customer i.e. using greener packaging: using recyclable packaging for their received products and the products they sell to their customers. Pressure groups interest towards the business is to no interfere with anything they believe in ethically and morally this could be removing a lot of trees to expand and the green pressure groups being worried about the trees being cut off also the wildlife that lives their being
