Recommended: Racial inequality in the us

Diagnostic Essay Questions The main points of this article, were to inform everyone of the effects of what is going to happen if we do not make it easier for minorities to get high paid jobs. This was mainly pointed at white people, because a majority of our state is made up of white people over the age of 65. Another main point is that when the baby boomers die off, the income of our state is going to go down, and when that happens, our state will go into a depressive state. When they die off, minorities are going to make up a majority of our workforce, and if they do not have higher paid jobs then our state will bring in less money than we already do. The audience of this article is pointed towards white people over the age of sixty-five.
