Jennifer Lynn Lopez was born on July 24, 1970 in Castle Hill, Bronx. Jennifer is the daughter of Guadalupe and David Lopez. She is known for her success of overcoming the Spanish stereotypes she was discriminated for through her life and it has led her to be the highest paid Latino woman in the world. Jen appears on magazine covers and in movies, breaking down barriers and showing every woman, no matter what their size, race, or beliefs can do anything they put their mind and heart to. As a child Jennifer loved to sing and dance and immediately her parents recognized her talent and enthusiasm for performing so they the enrolled her in dance classes.
