If you appreciate a little AM weed but don't necessarily want to smoke it, this coffee is for you. It's made by Brewbudz, they're based in San Diego, and don't you already know where this is going? That's right: they've made single-serving coffee pods that contain THC in each and every single one. And what's more, pods only cost about $7 apiece so it's still better than most coffee shops -- AND there's no line. The pods fit into Keurig brewers, which is convenient, and they're 100 percent compostable. It's like, enough with the bells and whistles, right? Where can we get these pods?

Brewbudz will launch their pods into markets in Colorado and Nevada, where stuff like this is legal, coming in January. But never fear -- by March, the pot coffee will be available in Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington.

What About the Laws?

Now, according to the federal government all marijuana is illegal. It's actually classified as a Schedule I drug -- as is heroin. However, the current Administration has been very understanding in regards to state laws that completely and utterly ignore the federal law.
