The character I think is the most important in the novel would be Ralph I think he is the important one because in the beginning of he is elected leader of the boys so he basically have control of everything on to what they do or not do. He grows up to a responsibility. He is the oldest on the island so he has to make sure nothing bad gets to happen to any of the young kids. He is tall for his age and handsome and provides many abilities. He is calm with sound judgment and a strong moral sensibility. But, he is susceptible to the same instinctive influences that affect the other boys. Primary representative of order civilization.
