WAGES STILL PEANUTS The essay “Raise Wages, Not Walls,” is written by Professor Michael S. Dukakis at Northeastern University (served as Governor of Massachusetts) and Professor Daniel J. B. Mitchell at University of California at Los Angeles in July 25, 2006.
