Preparing for Medical School

Introduction
Psychiatry is extremely important for those struggling with mental illness, and by researching about psychiatry, my interest in becoming a psychiatrist has increased. The internet has a wide variety of resources which I was able to use to my advantage; however, trips to the library, and local bookstores such as Bookmans resulted in further knowledge. Becoming a psychiatrist is an extreme challenge, but fortunately, there are many resources to aid a student interested or preparing for their doctorate. This subject guide will aid in educating a student interested in becoming a psychiatrist, and as well how to prepare for applying to get into medical school.
