Introduction
This paper will address the principles of strategy and marketing. Xbox 360 is a gaming console produced by Microsoft, Inc. The marketing plan will discuss the various phases for marketing the Microsoft Xbox 360 and the anticipated success. The success of Microsoft’s first Xbox gives hope to the likely success of the Xbox 360. The Xbox was a huge success selling millions of units around the world.

Project management and scheduling is a very important for business today. In order to run a successful business it is important to be able to strategically plan and anticipate your future needs and cost. As a good manager, you should look at the cost of your material for products; these will include labor, material and your support services. (Schroeder, 2008) All projects go through three phases: planning, scheduling, and control.
Planning
Let us start the discussion with the planning process. Planning is a very important step. It is wise to think about the steps you will take to complete a project in an allotted time frame and learning what resources you will need to complete the project, the amount of labor it will take to complete, set obtainable goals to reach, define your production team of who will do what and when (Schroeder). Projects are characterized by broad variations in functionality, cost, schedule, and human resources when compared to the original plan. Management and future users of the project output are often frustrated by this apparent lack of project management skill in prediction and control. In this Paper I will be talking to you about the Next Generation Consoles and about all of their specifics. Next Generation Consoles are the newest and the best consoles and computers out there at this point in time. The consoles that will be my main focus in this paper are the, Xbox One and the PS4. The reason I picked these consoles instead of other consoles or computers is because I wanted to explain to you that these console were just not any other console, but a work of art instead.
Another feature that is a first in the console industry is Xbox’s internal 8-Gigabyte (Gb) Hard-Drive or Hard Disk Drive (Hdd). This contributes too much of Xbox’s weight, but gives many features. With this you don’t have a need for a memory card to save your game files, you save them right to the hard-drive. This is a very nice feature on the Xbox, because it saves you money.

Xbox 2 Release Date: Envisions and Reality A console when gets unveiled holds every fans’ attention. That is nothing exceptional when we talk about Xbox consoles. And with E3’s announcement, Microsoft has already provided the new Xbox One X’s design, which is going to release on November 7. The bringing of new Xbox One X console, certainly, doesn’t mean that there wouldn’t be another Xbox console in the coming years. So by the Law of Comparative Advantage, it is best for Microsoft to let someone, who is good at producing hardware, produce the Xbox. Project planning falls in the Planning Process Group which consists of those processes to establish the projects total scope, define the projects objectives, and courses of action to achieve those objectives. During the planning process, all the documents that are needed to carry the project through the project lifecycle will be developed such as the project management plan. Project management requires repeated feedback loops as additional information becomes available and is better understood. The planning process delineates the strategy, tactics, and path to successfully complete the project. With that, the planning of a project must walk through all the those processes from executing, monitoring and controlling through the closing process.

When planning a new project, how the project will be managed is one of the most important factors. The importance of a managers will determine the success of the project. The success of the project will be determined by how well it is managed. Project management is referred to as the discipline that entails the processes of carefully planning, organizing, controlling, and motivating the organization resources so as to foster and facilitate the achievement of specific established and desired goals and meet the specific criteria of success required in the organization (Larson, 2014).
