Discerning the context to the program that you want to explore, and allow people who will be involved with the program, to think about my own organization, and its needs and expectations for the program. It is very important to catch the attention of the organizations that you want to operate for a long time. Keeping people focus on what they are involved in is a major concern. You have think about diversity in the work place, how to relate to other cultures, and maintain great relationships. To conduct a good work place environment certain practices is need to thrive. Making sure that everyone is included in everything in the work place, collaborate with employees, and provide information about the planning process.
