2.2 Problems in Existing Live Chatting Systems: As I mentioned earlier, the customer services is now the most essential part of all service re-lated companies or institutions. They have to give supports to save their business. However, in the high-priced world, it is now becoming more expensive for SME companies. Current Situation of Live Chatting Software Proposed Live Chatting Software Expensive(i.e. maintenance cost, price, etc ) Will cheaper compare to others software Low security Better security Higher bandwidth required Lower bandwidth required 1. Maintenance cost: most of the web based live chatting software companies charge ad-ditional money for different features such as chatting for long time with customers, uses rent operators, voice, video, etc. On the other hand, my proposed system will be only responsible for chatting between dedicated customer care officers to users. This will be one-to-one conversation. There is no need to rent additional operators from different companies or providers companies. Therefore, it is clear that just for client support, this proposed software will be cheaper than existing software [12]. 2. Security: Current chatting software is not reliable as the manufacturers demand. Sometimes the buyers of these software become victim of hackers. For example, Fa-cebook is created using PHP, and it is proven that it has lower security aspects than .NET framework. However, my proposed system will be developed by .NET frame-work which has own security mechanism such as Code Access Security (CAS).Moreover, it uses AppDomains for separating codes that will add an outstand-ing security of the system [13]. 3. Bandwidth: It is one of the big problems in lower bandwidth uses countries (e.g. de-vel... ... middle of paper ... ...tive applications. That is why; AJAX will be used to create the chat application more flexible and fast. For the particular proposed chatting application AJAX will use for main two reasons: i. Less time required: It allows the faster updating of a web page rather than conventional change of whole web page. For this reason, the execution time of the system will be required less. Moreover, it will use to track the user faster [20]. ii. Less bandwidth required: It requires lower bandwidth because of it does not require to resend the entire page to the server. Consequently, it will be useful for those companies which have lower bandwidth connection. The most important function XMLHttpRequest will be used in this proposed project to enable a light weight request to client side script to server such as between customers to customer care officer [21].
