Whenever in pain, they find it extremely easy to forget hard times while smoking and slowly and slowly become habitual with that. For instance, as I mentioned about one of my friends earlier who recently had his heart broken, wasn’t able to determine what to link his pain and pleasure to, and in result found smoking to be an easy way out of the pain he was going through. I was confident that he’d definitely be the best one of all my friends. Smoking should never even cross the brain. It is crazy how many people just do it so they can “fit in.” That shouldn’t be an excuse to get lung disease, or to ruin cells in the brain. Do not put the harm of others into your hands. Just ask yourself if you can handle the guilt of knowing that someone who doesn’t smoke has “smoker’s lungs” because they have been around someone who smokes. There are so many people today that die, because they have smoked all their life, or even died from secondhand smoke because their parents or spouse have smoked in front of them. So think twice before lighting a cigarette and taking the first puff, think about what all can happen to the body, once addicted.

While smoking and obesity are well known and documented health risks, it is even a more serious problem when these two factors are combined and are acting all at once on a single individual. For instance, a combined effect of obesity and smoking can hinder lung and liver metabolism processes. A good case in point here is when such a combination alters body drug metabolism such that doses that were previously prescribed as normal and standard a no longer as such rather the body detects them as over or under dosage. There are many addictions in the world, and drug addiction is the biggest. People may experiment with the drug for many reasons. “If your drug use is causing problems in your life, then you likely have a drug abuse or addiction problem”.(Lawrence Robinson pg.1) Many people start out using drugs by peer pressure or out of their own curiosity. Stress, anxiety, lows self-esteem and depression could be another factor to start using drugs. The drug takes over your body and gives you a good feeling that many people tend to enjoy. The urge to use the drug can keep increasing rapidly after the first use. The urge can become so severe that your mind can find many other ways to deny the factor of addiction. Very few drug addicts can feel and realize when they have crossed the line with drugs. A drug addicts mind can build up a very large tolerance for the drug that they start to abandon the activities they used to do on a daily basis like showering, hobbies, socializing and even being associated with family members. The person with the addiction will continue to use the drug knowing that it is harming there body, but they don’t have any remorse. A drug addict will often try to hide their problem, so they can continue to use without anyone’s input.
