According to Centervale City the increased of crimes committed such as, murder, shoplifting, homicide, rapist and variety of illegal activities that being going on within Centervale City for a long time. Yet, according to some of the statistic “80% of the crime occurs north of the railroad tracks; 20% occurs south of the tracks” (Argosy, 2016) Majority of crime activities are committed by the youth and poverty families, they are influence to commit crime because of the world economic and gangs’ violence within Centervale neighborhood.
