Will be accompanied by the following activities: a nurse will review the agreement to call letter with each postpartum/post epidural mother and at the end simply ask the mother to sign it. By having the mothers sign this letter confirms the understanding and creates the nurse/patient partnership in fall prevention. This letter will be left at the bedside as a visual reminder for the postpartum/post epidural mothers. In regards to the removal of the purple fall risk wristband, nurses will only be warranted to remove these when the postpartum/post epidural mother returns to their baseline deep tendon reflex and motor strength. If a mother fails to reach their baseline the purple wristband will remain on and they will be reassessed at a later
