Orbiting Jupiter is about 2 people named Joseph and Madeleine. He never knew what love was until he met Madeleine and everyone doubted that he actually did love her. They have a baby who is being set up for adoption. After Madeline is gone, no one allows Joseph to see his baby but, Joseph doesn’t let that happen. Joe does everything he can to see his baby and he will not let her go up for adoption without a fight! Joseph loses a lot of people that he loved in his life and he wouldn’t deal with that anymore. He would do everything in his power to get his child back. I thought this book was awesome. I thought it was awesome because it got my attention all the time and I love the plot of the book. The plot was great because whenever things happened
In my eyes I loved the book I rate it a 9/10, its had a good twist and turn to it. I loved this
The novel that I am reading is called Orbiting Jupiter. The two characters that i am going to compare are from the same novel. Jack and Joseph are the characters I am going to compare. I am going to tell you about there life and how they became who they are. And I am also going to be comparing Jack and Joseph. Both characters are very different from each other because of the actions that Joseph likes to do.
story, the plot was good. The liked the purpose of the author and the way
I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and believe it to be one of the best books I have ever read. It was extremely well written and challenging for me to understand at times. It conveys that dark side of human ambition very well, and it has given me much to think about.
My overall opinion of this book is good I really liked it and recommend it to anyone. It is a good book to read and it keep you interested throughout the whole book.
The plot was immense, organized in a logical way, and kept you guessing. It was easy to understand what was going on since the events that occurred were so relatable. Crossan’s love for poetry was evident throughout the story. Every few chapters included a poem and I thought that this was a nice addition. There were a lot of depressing moments but overall the book was very well written, in my opinion. The characters were unique, although a few were stereotypical, such as Apple’s English teacher Mr.
I think my favorite thing about this novel was the realistic ending. Some books try to just give you a fairy tale but this book had an ending that mad you think in the end if I was in the same position would I do the same thing. I didn’t like the fact that the novel portrayed mental illness in a way to say that it needed to be hidden and protected. I thought this novel was very believable for the time period that it was set in. I think the ending to this novel was perfect it was an accurate ending to this
I truly enjoyed the variety of characters that the book provided me with. There was the dark and mysterious type, the diva, the natural born leader, the jokester, the little angel, and the big bad wolf. The characters overall were very interesting to read about and become familiar with, such as Fang keeping to himself most of the time and only opening up to those dear to him. The story was great but I felt it could’ve added more passas to it but i digress; the book was one hell of a ride *badum
book I was greatly troubled by its ending. I can see why it is an excellent novel, but at
Evaluation: I thought the book was very exciting and suspenseful like her other books. The book had very good detail and an interesting plot. I liked the twist when Juan and the girl’s father came upon Glenn walking down the road. I also liked how the author described the action in great detail. It made me feel like I was right there seeing it all happen firsthand. I don’t think that the author could’ve made this book any better than she did already.
I did not like the ending of the story. I found that the ending was very predictable and anticlimactic, especially when all the tension was being built up throughout the rest of the book. When I was nearing the end of the book I was already starting to envision the ending of the book and when I got to the end I was disappointed to see that I was correct. I would have preferred if the ending was more of a cliff-hanger and ended completely different than anyone would have expected.
I gave this book this rating because of reasons like character reactions, character development, if the book could keep me on the edge of my seat, things that I think were unnecessary to mention, plot, and how excited the book made me for the next book.
One of my all time favorite music piece is, Drops Of Jupiter, by the band Train. And I am going to compare it to one of the music pieces that we studied in class, Wozzeck, Act 3, Scene 4, composed by Alban Berg. I chose to compare these two pieces, because they are both very different, but after researching both of these pieces, and reading over the notes that I took in class, I realized that these two pieces also have a few similarities. And I though it would be very interesting to compare the two.
Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system, has yet to be discovered as in depth as Juno will. NASA New Frontiers recently established the Juno Mission to observe Jupiter (Ionescu 1). The spacecraft is currently on route to Jupiter and it is set to arrive in 2016. Juno will orbit Jupiter thirty-three times total before shutting down (Ionescu 1). Juno will observe Jupiter with deeper observation than can be seen by a telescope. The Juno Spacecraft is a project made to discover Jupiter’s high winds, a possible water source, and the planetary structure.
The book and the movie were both very good. The book took time to explain things like setting, people’s emotions, people’s traits, and important background information. There was no time for these explanations the movie. The book, however, had parts in the beginning where some readers could become flustered.
