Have you ever imagined that you were a character in a book? If I was to become a character in Pilgrim’s Progress, I would be Chronicler because I like to record facts. I would be helpful to Christian because he made a mistake more than once. Christian would meet me, Chronicler, at the house where I lived with Prudence, Piety and Charity. I would listen to the questions the three would ask him and I would write them down. When Christian readied himself to leave, I hand him the scroll to keep and remind him of his journey and the lessons he had learned.
