This poster is about Piet Mondrian who is an important artist of abstract art movement in 20th century of art history.
Piet Mondrian was a famous Dutch painter he was born on March 7, 1872, Amersfoort, Netherlands. Piet Mondrian was also known as Pieter Cornelis Mondrian. Piet Mondrian was the second child of four, with two brothers and one sister. His father Piet Cornelis was a headmaster of an elementary school, a gifted draftsman and amateur artist.

In 1892 at the age of 20, piet mondrian got into the academy of fine arts in amsterdam. Mondrian had a experience becoming a teacher and began his job teaching in a primary school, similar to his father. Most early work was a natural landscape of his house or the surrounding areas.in 1908 piet mondrian was introduced to the theosophical movements. Mondrian joined the theosophical society in 1909. In 1919, mondrian returned to paris where he was brilliant and grew as an artist. During that time the well known style of dark black lines that looked like grids with spots of colour started to appear.
