Americans utilize the Federalism idea as putting into effect the constitution for federal, state, local government. These areas are served as different areas with different needs and goals within the federalist theory. The National Government has expressed powers over the nation and things that effect our nation. State has limited powers that are involved within the states boundaries. The local government is expressed to regulate the states. All together the governments make one big metaphoric term that is described as a cake. Federalism is described as a philosophy, a covenant theory, according to the bible and ethical philosophies of which humans react to government powers. As time has progressed from two hundred years ago the national government is well established. The State powers is to this day being tailored. In the book the argument stands that state powers are being taught and expressed as a tier under National Sovereignty and power is being given to the states which is well argued that nowhere in the constitution does it say the Nation has the power to give or say the power that states have. It seems that there is a strict system that checks and balances the government assistance that I receive so that no one can take much advantage of the system which helps our Nation. Having private sector gives the states the flexibility to manage their own financial distributions. The Government actions that I am aware of do not strike as unnecessary because any decision that is made directly or indirectly effects society for a better more wholesome effective government.
I think that most people should appreciate the importance of government in their daily lives because it effects literally everything that surrounds an individual. However, according to an article more than half Americans do not feel that Government programs have made any impact on their lives (Amy). For someone like myself it is very apparent that the government helps me maintain my current life as I work hard to establish my career and make more money to survive without special welfare programs. For some, the existence of government benefits is less transparent but do surround them. For example, like the article makes clear that the weather broadcast, the house one lives in, the air we breathe, water we drink are all examples of the good that the Government must offer us as a society (Amy). Nonetheless, one should never be too proud to not acknowledge the work that the Government
