Philadelphia (aka Philly) is the greatest city in America. The City holds many historic buildings and architecture that tell the story of our country. If history is not your interest, there is always the famous steak and cheese sandwich named after the city. And, with Philly’s harbours to the east and Appalachian Mountains to the west, there is plenty of landscape to enjoy. If you like sports, be sure to catch a game while in the city. Philadelphia has all of the sports, but it is the fans at the game that will help you enjoy the game. The Eagles football fans are famous for their passion for the game of football.
Philadelphia is not only one of the thirteen original colonies, the building where the Declaration of Independence was created and signed is there. The Historic District has many places to visit that go back to the beginning of our country. And the cemetery at Christ’s Church is where Benjamin Franklin is visited.
