When you ask someone "Do you have any pets?" the most common answer is a cats or dogs. When someone says they dont have any pets, I wonded why and most likly give them a weied look. Many different reasons for many different people of having or not having pets. first off is you are alergic and could die from pet hair or anything related to them dont do it. Just dont get a pet taking all the pills isnt worth it, that is probly the biggest reason not to get a pet in my opinion. It boils down to Getting pills to hold the pet you love or going to the emergancy room. i wouldnt pick having a pet, the meddical bill would be way to much becase i would be holding my animal all the time and have to go to the emergancy room like treee times a week and the side affets of the pills are just like being allergic to the pet anyways so i would be better off not you wont have to get rid of there things or have there ashes next to the fire place you wont have all the memories that you will with a pet. late nights working on a esay with them waiting right beside you. taking them outside when you hear something and your scared so with out all the memories there isnt any heart ace weaither you chose to have a pet or not is up to you they can teach you alot about yourself and tell you alot about outhers so weather it is the mess that they make at three in the affetenoon or the leasing person just wont alow you to have them there is one thing i have learned about not having animals is yes there might not bee a mess or having the responsibility to take care of someome outher than yourself, or the frustration of finding someone to pet sit when you go out of town is you wont feel whole. that little mess is not that much of a scarafice at least not to
Most people like dogs more than cats. I like dogs more than cats. More than half a million people in America like dogs as pets more than cats.
Pets can have real jobs like people. Dogs-rescuers save lives together with people. For instance, when people get in appalling avalanches courageous dogs-rescuers help to find them. Also, some breeds of dogs, e.g. sheep dog, badger-dog, labrador, spaniel, and so on, serve at customs. More than that, they can find illegal things like drugs, dangerous weapons, or explosive stuff. What’s more, they help to control order and assist in avoiding terrible acts of terrorism. Some people literally can't live without pets. For example, blind people need guide-dogs to move around their homes. The connection between such masters and their pets becomes really strong and truly close and a person gets pet-dependent in this case. Enthusiastic owners devote their life to pets. They try to make the best for them and like to take part in exhibitions. Pet's clothes, food, houses, brushes take on special value for
I had a pet that very recently passed away who lived with us for 17 years. There were countless times she had gotten out and I searched for hours in order to be reunited. Now that shes gone, I have lost my buddy that I would spend the morning with. Mona was never our dog, she was our family. Pets are far more than just something people own, pets are members of the family.
“As the birthrate dropped, pets came to take the place of children in some families.” I think this means that pets are basically replacing children in some people's lives. In his article, Bilger says that a man refused to come back from Europe when his son died of a brain tumor, but he had a vet flown in when his dog got cancer. He cared more about his dog than his child.
of having a heart attack or stroke (Top 10 Reasons You Should Adopt a Cat). People who own
During my life, I have had different pets ranging from cats and dogs to hamsters and a lizard. Being in the United States Army, having cats as pets is much easier to take care of as opposed to having a dog as a pet. There are many reasons as to how I came to this decision, but the deciding factors were based upon bathroom use, feeding, and the amount of attention and time that both cats and dogs require. While these factors are not all inclusive they are just the ones that had the most impact on my decision when picking a type of a pet. I am currently watching my Soldiers dog while he and his wife are on leave in the United States and this is reinforcing how much easier military life is with a cat rather than a dog.
There are many reasons to get a pet. You could choose to get a pet for a companion, or simply to add to your family. Many older folk choose to get a pet after they retire or lose their spouse so they do not feel lonely. Many young couples choose to get a pet before they opt to have children, and many families add a pet to their home for their children. The question is though, what type of pet to get? Do you get a cat, or a dog? Having a dog as a pet over a cat is much more enjoyable and beneficial to your life, specifically because of their behavior, convenience, and loyalty.
Most homeowners normally have pets at home. You will realize that these pets normally provide companionship to their owners. Some of the common pets that are kept by most homeowners include: dogs, cats and so on. Pets are wonderful creatures. They require to be trained from time to time. When you’re choosing which pet to get, think about your situation at home and how much free time you have during the day. In today’s household, 36% of them have dogs and 30% of them have cats (U.S. Pet Ownership Statistics). This statistic shows that cats and dogs are the most popular pets and it can be tough to decide which one to get. People that aren’t home a lot shouldn’t get a dog because a dog needs to be played with everyday to keep it health and happy. A cat would be the better choice for someone that is busy a lot because cats wonder and do their own thing, but they will always come back to their home. If you have small kids at home, four or younger, consider getting a cat. Cats are a lot calmer and would be safer around young kids. A dog has a lot of energy and even though they are just trying to play, they could hurt a young kid many different ways. Another thing you need to think about is the size of the animal that you want. All cats are about the same size and there all lap animals. Dogs come in all different sizes; some are small like cats but others are very big. Even though there are small do...
When you talk to pet owners about owning a cat versus a dog, it stirs up much controver-sy in many ways. By looking at both cats and dogs, the cat outweighs the dog in many ways, which makes the cat the superior selection when making a final decision on which one to get. Cats have very desirable qualities that make them an award winning choice to many owners. The qualities that appeal to most are the ability of the cat to live in small spaces, they do not eat large amounts of food for their meals, and they are very sedentary and independent in nature making them a low maintenance pet. One additional desired feature is cats are well suited for owners that have a very busy lifestyle and minimal time to give to their pet. This added feature
Pets are all over the world, and a part of many people's everyday lives. After seeing my grandmas dog close to death about a week ago, it reminded me of how impacted I was when I lost a pet in the past. That’s when I realized that pets leave a very impactful mark on other people's lives. Then, I remembered not everyone has had pets in their lives due to various reasons like allergies and seeing them as dangerous. This led me to my research question; Should kids have pets in their lives? Weighing the options, I can see both sides to the question at hand. I was a child who grew up with pets by my side, but I also had been greatly harmed by one. When I was just a preschooler, I was critically bit by my own dog in the face, just inches away from a fatal vein in my neck. I still have the scar to this day, yet I still surround myself with animals everyday.
Owning a Pet Having a pet is a wonderful idea! Pets bring companionship, personality, and gut wrenching humor to households across the world. Having previously owned both a cat and a dog, and currently being without a pet, I began to think about getting a new furry friend. Born a dog lover, and bred into a cat lover, I had the difficult decision of choosing one of the two. When I was twenty-two years old, I answered an advertisement in the paper for free Labrador puppies.
