Busy school schedules and overloading classes allow little time for the sixty minute daily suggested the physical activity for students. What place could be deemed as a more quintessential place to implement this required physical activity quota than a school? Most education institutions harbor the proper equipment and accommodations needed to support students and the activities concerned. If Physical Fitness is not made a compulsory subject then many students will not gain the beneficial assets this curriculum can provide.

The Education Ministry has made P.E. an elective course prompting fewer students to enroll and participate by choice. By doing so costs are cut on instructors, and class equipment, required for a P.E. program. The government would rather spend money on combating obesity and other serious health issues in the future with their narrow short-term thinking rather than investing in physical health education classes now. For some students, physical activity is not accessible anywhere else as it may not be encouraged at home and private organized sports can be even more costly than the small activity fees paid to schools combining with government funding. Math, Science and Technology class opportunities are available in college or other institutions at any point in life while Physical Education must be introduced at an early age and maintained through high school and remain apart of a lifestyle following into
